When we meet, we begin with a thorough full-body screening—from your feet to your head—to identify imbalances, tension, or weaknesses that may be behind your issues.

4. A treatment plan tailored entirely to you
Based on the assessment, we create an individual treatment plan that includes manual techniques and specific exercises. You’ll receive a personal training program with clear instructions and video guides—so you feel confident, motivated, and able to continue your training with quality. 

5. For those who want lasting results
Sustainable change rarely happens overnight. That’s why I offer a 3-session package where we meet a bit more frequently. Each session is usually 75 minutes, but we can also adjust the time to suit your needs. On average, my clients come four times.
