When some parts of the body stop doing their job and others take on too much responsibility, muscular imbalances develop and leading to pain and reduced function.

I combine postural training with manual treatment techniques to restore the body’s natural muscle balance. The method addresses the root cause rather than simply relieving symptoms, giving your body the chance to recover and function optimally in the long term.

Traditional training and rehabilitation methods often don’t reach the deep muscles needed for lasting muscle balance. Postural training does.

How does it work?

We identify compensation patterns and tension that cause certain muscles to take on too much responsibility while other areas aren’t doing their job. Through carefully selected treatments and exercises, we restore muscle balance. Sessions are always tailored to you and may include:

  • Leg treatment (foot, knee, and hip)

  • Iliopsoas treatment (hip flexors)

  • Wedge, sacrum, and symphysis treatment (pelvis)

  • Core treatment (back and abdomen, including the diaphragm)

  • Shoulder, scapula, and arm treatment

  • Jaw treatment

  • Neck treatment

  • Fascia techniques

  • Gait correction / motor integration (nervous system)

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

  • Injury Recall Technique (IRT, nervous system)
