Individual Treatment & Training

The path to a body you can trust

Do you experience pain in your back, hips, knees, shoulders, neck, jaw or head? Or does your body feel stiff, out of balance or simply not working the way you want it to? This may be a sign that your body has lost its natural muscle balance and is no longer distributing load as efficiently as it should.

How Can I Help?

I combine postural training with manual treatment techniques to help your body restore its natural muscle balance. Instead of only treating the area where the pain occurs, I focus on addressing the underlying cause and improving how your body functions as a whole.

My work is largely based on the Optimum Method, in which I am certified. I identify compensation patterns, muscle tension and muscles that are not functioning as they should. I then combine manual treatment with individually tailored exercises to help activate the right muscles.

Manual Treatment

  • Legs (feet, knees and hips)

  • Hip flexors (iliopsoas)

  • Pelvis (ilium, sacrum and pubic symphysis)

  • Core (back, abdomen and diaphragm)

  • Shoulders and arms

  • Jaw

  • Neck

Additional Treatment Methods

  • Fascial Release

  • Postural Wedge Therapy

  • Gait Correction / Motor Integration

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

  • Injury Recall Technique (IRT)

  • Reflexology

What Can You Expect?

  • Improved posture

  • Less or no pain

  • A stronger, more stable and relaxed body

  • More energy and improved mobility

  • Greater confidence in your body

Why Postural Training?

Many traditional training and rehabilitation methods focus primarily on the larger muscles or only on the area where pain occurs. Postural training takes a whole-body approach instead.

When one part of the body is not functioning properly, it often creates compensation patterns and imbalances elsewhere. Rather than focusing only on the painful area, we work to restore the body's natural movement patterns while activating the deep postural muscles that provide long-term stability and muscle balance.

Postural training is suitable whether you are living with long-term pain or simply want to optimise your body's function and performance. Whether your goal is to reduce pain, prevent future injuries or improve athletic performance, the aim is always the same: to help your body function better and last longer.

How It Works
After the visit, you will receive a clear program with both videos and written instructions.

1. Book an appointment
Please contact us by phone, text message or email to book an appointment.

2. Complete Your Health History

Before our first appointment, you'll receive a link where you can provide information about your background, symptoms and goals. This gives me a clear understanding of your situation before we meet.

3. Full-Body Assessment

During your first visit, I carry out a thorough full-body assessment, examining everything from your feet to your head. I analyse how your body moves and distributes load, identifying compensation patterns, muscle imbalances, tension and muscles that are not functioning as they should.

4. Treatment & Exercises

Based on the assessment, we create an individual treatment plan tailored to your body and your goals. You'll receive a personalised training programme with clear written instructions and video guides, giving you the confidence to continue your exercises correctly at home.

5. Follow-Up & Continued Training

Long-term change rarely happens after a single session. For this reason, I usually recommend a package of three treatments, allowing us to work more intensively in the beginning. Each treatment normally lasts 80 minutes, although the length can be adjusted to suit your needs.

Most clients attend between three and six sessions. The number of treatments varies depending on how long the problem has existed, how your body responds to treatment and how consistently you practise your exercises between sessions. I also offer regular classes, and clients currently receiving treatment receive a 10% discount on all classes.
