I’ve walked this path myself—struggling with self-worth and inner security—and today it’s my area of expertise. I help people build deep inner confidence and truly own who they are. Because when you feel strong within yourself, it becomes easier to create healthy relationships—with yourself, with friends and family, in dating, or with your partner. But personal growth isn’t only about relationships—it’s also about balance in life. Sometimes we need to look at how we relate to work, what genuinely gives us meaning, which interests we want to nurture, and how we can care for both the body and our mental wellbeing.
My coaching isn’t a fixed package—it’s a journey where you rediscover yourself. We work together at your pace, but with a clear goal: for you to feel more grounded, free, and connected to who you truly are.
When emotional knots are tied a little too tight, I sometimes combine coaching with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Letting Go (Dr. David Hawkins). EFT is a newer, groundbreaking method within energy psychology that has shown to be highly effective for handling charged emotions, old patterns, and blocks that get in the way of our wellbeing. EFT can also be a powerful tool for PTSD, phobias, anxiety, and limiting beliefs. It’s about releasing energy that has gotten stuck—and when that happens, the body and mind can find their way back to balance.

Alongside my journey to restore my body, I’ve been working intensively on my own personal development since 2013. Since 2014, I’ve also coached others in understanding themselves, reaching their goals, and overcoming obstacles.
For more than a decade, I have studied—and continue to study—mental training and psychology. I’ve been through two major life crises, travelled all over the world, taken courses with some of the world’s leading voices in personal development (including Joe Dispenza), and actively applied their methods.
I’ve run my own volunteer project in Uganda, lectured on personal development at universities, lived with Indigenous communities in Latin America, and gained unique perspectives through meeting people and cultures from around the world.
