The visit begins with an in-depth analysis, where I look for imbalances and compensation patterns.
Who am I—and how can I help you?

My journey

My name is Claes Göransson and I know what it feels like to live with long-term pain. Even as a teenager, my body started to tell me off. Pain, injuries and rehabilitation became a natural part of everyday life. When I was forced to end my elite sports career at the age of 21, the problems became even greater. Over the next ten years, I sought answers from therapists both in Sweden and in the USA. I tried everything - from the best physiotherapists, naprapaths, doctors and chiropractors to psychologists, homeopaths, Functional Patterns and kinesiologists.

Despite all the different treatments, my body didn't get better, quite the opposite. The turning point came when I met Markus Greus and came into contact with the Optimum method. Through postural training and individually tailored treatments, my body began to function in a way I had never experienced before. It not only changed my own health, but also sparked an interest and a natural desire to train myself as an Optimum Trainer. Since then, I have had the privilege of helping people in a way that I wish I had found earlier.

Education and experience

To understand the body in depth, I have continuously furthered my education in training, injuries, injury prevention, anatomy, physical and mental training and nutrition. In addition to the training to become an Optimum Trainer and Optimum Coach at Optimum Academy, I have, among other things, studied anatomy within the physiotherapy program at Lund University and completed training in training in both the USA and Sweden. The most important thing, however, has been the combination of education and my own experiences. Having lived with pain myself has given me an understanding that no education alone can provide.

How I work

Today I help companies, sports clubs and individuals to reduce pain, improve body function and build a body that lasts over time. I combine postural training with individually adapted treatment methods based on each person's needs. Whether the goal is to get rid of long-term problems, prevent injuries or improve performance, the starting point is the same - to help the body function as naturally and efficiently as possible.

My ambition is not to give you a temporary solution, but to help you understand your body and create the conditions for a body that functions and lasts over time.

Continued development

My body functions better today than I ever thought possible, but my work continues. I am continuously educating myself and constantly seeking new knowledge about how we can better understand the body and help people in a sustainable way. It is a journey that continues.
