Classes in Fascia Maneuvers

I regularly hold Fascia Maneuvers classes in Malmö, offered as 6–7 week courses. The training is based on Human Garage Fascia Maneuvers, a method I am also trained in. This type of training focuses on releasing physical and emotional tension, improving circulation, helping the body find greater balance and creating a deeper connection with yourself and your body. The movements are calm and simple rotational exercises, with breathing as an important tool.

The Introductory Course:

During the first few weeks, we work slowly with the basics and return to several of the same maneuvers. This gives you time to get to know the movements, the breathing and how your own body responds. As your body gets used to the maneuvers, we gradually develop the classes. We go deeper into the exercises, reduce the pauses between movements and introduce more maneuvers. In this way, the training gradually develops and allows you to explore more while always working at your own level.

No previous experience is needed. With my guidance, the goal is to give you tools that can support the body’s natural ability to recover and help you take a more active role in your own wellbeing.

About Fascia Maneuvers - Is this a class for you?

Fascia Maneuvers classes are primarily about exploring and feeling your body through gentle movements, rotations and breathing. The experience is different for everyone. Some people experience physical changes and less tension, others experience greater calm, and some may experience emotional reactions. During the classes, I share both my own experiences and, where appropriate, experiences shared by participants. I also share things to be aware of based on what I have observed through the training.

What Is Expected of You?

What I ask from you is curiosity, an open attitude and respect for the approach and for other people’s experiences. The class is above all a place to do the movements together with my guidance, to feel your own body and explore what the maneuvers do for you. You get the tools and your own body and your own experience are the focus.

About Human Garage Fascia Maneuvers

Fascia Maneuvers was developed by Human Garage in 2019. Human Garage states that more than 60 million people have practised the method during this short time, which continues to spread worldwide. I am one of very few therapists in Sweden currently going through Human Garage’s certification process. You can try the maneuvers yourself and read more about the experiences and results reported by Human Garage below.

At the same time, it could be good to know that research has not yet caught up with the method. If you are someone who needs scientific research behind everything you try, this may not be the right approach for you. If, on the other hand, you are curious and want to explore and experience what the movements do for your own body, you may find this course very beneficial. Try the first class for free on October 15!

Individual Fascia Maneuvers Treatment

You can also book an individual Assisted Fascia Maneuvers session where we work through the body to release physical and emotional tension on a deeper level. Different sensations can arise during the session, and I am there to support and guide you throughout the process.

Price: 1,000 SEK / 70 minutes

If we need more than 70 minutes, we continue at no extra cost.

Short treatment: 600 SEK / 30 minutes

To book an appointment, contact me by phone or email and ask about an individual Assisted Fascia Maneuvers session.

Interested in postural training classes also on Sundays?

When tension is released and the body feels more balanced, it can become easier to work on activating and strengthening the muscles needed for good postural function.
