Postural training for companies

Many workplace injuries are not only due to ergonomics, but also to the body lacking the ability to maintain good posture throughout the workday. Most people know how to sit, stand or lift - but many have lost touch with the muscles required to do so for several hours each day. That's where postural training comes in.

Postural training is about activating and strengthening the body's deep postural muscles so that the body can work more naturally and with less compensation and stay upright against gravity. The result is often reduced stiffness and pain, better posture and a body that functions better both in and out of the workplace. Many also find that they can sit and stand significantly longer without pain.

How I work

I come to your company and adapt the arrangement to your needs.

Most companies start with a 90-minute workshop, where participants gain a greater understanding of how the body works, what optimal relaxed posture looks like and which muscles need to be activated. You will learn simple exercises that can be used immediately during the workday.

After that, many choose to continue with 30–60 minute group classes once a week, but some also choose a day/month. The exercises can be performed standing, sitting or lying down and can be adapted to the conditions of the workplace.

I offer

In addition to postural training, I also offer classes in:

  • Fascia Release

  • Mindfulness

  • Qigong

  • Tai Chi

The arrangements are adapted to the size of the company - from individual treatments to groups with a large number of participants.

Objective

The goal is to reduce pain and musculoskeletal disorders among employees and contribute to a more sustainable and pleasant work environment.
